Terms of Service

1. What we are

manandvan.delivery is a directory that connects customers with independent movers and cross-border (UK to EU) carriers. We are not a removals company, we do not carry out moves, and we are not party to any agreement you make with a mover. Any contract for a move is directly between you and the mover.

2. No commission

Browsing and enquiring is free for customers. Listing is free for movers. We do not take a commission on jobs and we do not handle payments - you arrange payment directly with the mover.

3. Listings and verification

Listings are submitted by movers and reviewed before going live. Badges such as "Insured" reflect what the mover has told us; we make reasonable checks but do not independently guarantee a mover's insurance, licensing, or quality. Always confirm insurance and credentials directly with the mover before booking.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in quote requests, enquiries, and listings.
• Movers must hold the licences and insurance appropriate to the work they advertise.
• Do not misuse the platform (spam, fraud, or unlawful content).

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, quality, or conduct of any mover or customer, or for any loss arising from a move. The service is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
